Ce tip de ceai e asta?

Stiu doar ca e chinezesc. Ca dupa gustul meu seamana cu cel de ceai verde amestecat cu iasomie si cand se deschide bila, are o floare inauntru.

Blooming Tea is hand crafted from the finest single estate white tea leaves, grown in the high altitude regions of the Hunan province of Southern China. This is a pristine environment where tea is grown via stringent guidelines, without the use of harmful chemicals, producing some of the most highly prized teas in the world.

Blooming teas goes by many common names outside China: flowering teas, art-teas, hand-tied teas etc. All of these names are used to describe what is referred to in china as ‘GongYi Hua Cha’; literally ‘Art Flower Tea’.

The concept that such teas have suddenly jumped into existence is very incorrect as this tea-making art form has existed in many of the fine tea-rooms in China for a very long time.

A specific date of blooming tea’s beginning is not known but we can be certain that it is at least several decades ago, and possibly several hundred years during the Ming dynasty. Irrespective of when these tea blooms have first appeared in the non-Chinese marketplace, many forms of green teas have already been circulating globally with similar hand-made and hand-tied elements.

Atmosfera de bar

Nu stiu din ce motive, ma simt mai bine fumand o narghilea in bar, decat acasa. Muzica e cam aceiasi, anturajul acelasi, care-i poanta? Cred ca e vorba de intuneric…in fine. Daca ar fi sa aleg locul in care sa-mi petrec timpul liber dintre acasa si bar, as alege barul. Am fost la un karaoke si am falsat ingrozitor pe Smokie – Alice dar a mers ok Queen – We will rock you (am primit sugestia prin sms ). Problema e ca odata cu atmosfera de bar vine si mirosul caracteristic. Fiind fumator mama e antrenata, dar intervine buba la alcool . Am scapat usor de gura ei facand pe ametitul, ca nu-si bate gura degeaba. Desi maine imi va freca ridichea rau de tot, azi pot sa ascult muzica chill si sa citesc linistit. Merit o pauza.

Pentru mine atmosfera in bar inseamna in primul rand discretie (adica separeuri). Nu-mi convine sa se holbeze toti la freza mea cea traznita sau la ce fac eu cand ma simt bine. Imi plac locurile cochete dar nu opulente, locurile intime, discrete. Nu-mi place sa ma sufoc de caldura/fum/inghesuiala. Sunt greu de satisfacut, imi place sa fiu in separeu, dar sa nu ma simt claustrat acolo. Muzica ambientala daca are volumul potrivit, lumina difuza data de lampi ce atarna la fiecare masa, imi transmit o stare confortabila si intima in timp ce canapelele pufoase ma indeamna sa ma cuibaresc mai bine. Gata ca am orgasm.

Fara legatura cu barurile, dar un loc unde-mi place atmosfera e Ceai et caetera, de altfel singura ceainarie din Brasov. Muuuuuuuulte soiuri de ceai , si poti sa iti iei o carte din biblioteca lor sa o citesti la un ceai, sau sa compui…un post pentru blog. Au obiecte hand-made unice si foarte faine pentru cei interesati. Si turta dulce
